Preparing the Weekly reconciliation statement.

Handling correspondence on matters relating to VAT , Service tax , etc.

Managing the vendor accounts and generating Cheques on demand

Assist the Manager Accounts in preparing the Financial Statements

Compile the various statements required as a part of payment of taxes and other statutory dues

Liaise with the external Tax Consultant on all taxation related routine matters

File all the vouchers , acknowledgements and other relevant documents for record keeping

Interact with statutory auditors for routine queries
